Section 2

SEC. 2. That part of section seven of said Act Numbered Eight-hundred and sixty-seven which relates to the times and places of holding Courts of First instance in the Second Judicial District, as amended by Act Numbered Twelve hundred and forty-five, is hereby further amended so as to read as follows: "SECOND DISTRICT. "At Vigan, in and for the Province of Ilocos Sur, commencing on the first Tuesdays of March, September, and November. "At Laoag, in and for the Province of Ilocos Norte, commencing on the first Tuesdays of January and July."
