Section 50

SEC. 50. No stock delinquent for unpaid subscription shall be voted or entitled to a vote or representation at any stockholders' or directors' meeting, or for any corporate purpose whatever. CORPORATE BOOKS AND RECORDS, REPORTS OF CORPORATIONS, AND GOVERNMENT EXAMINATION AND INSPECTION OF CORPORATIONS.
