SEC. 55. The Attorney-General, the Insular Auditor, the Insular Treasurer, or other officer designated by the Governor-General to make tin; examination shall not disclose to anyone other than the Governor-General the details or results of the examination or investigation. and if the officer designated to make the examination discloses in any person other than the Governor-General the details or results of the examination or investigation, he shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year nor more than five years or by a fine of not less than five hundred pesos nor more than two thousand pesos, or both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
