SEC. 104. A savings and mortgage bank may loan or invest its funds and deposits and collect such loans with interest accrued and repay its depositors with or without interest on their deposits, as may be provided in the by-laws of the corporation, and not in violation of this Act. No loan of a savings and mortgage bank shall be for a longer period than five years.
