Section 101
SEC. 101. If any passenger refuses to pay his fare or to exhibit or surrender his ticket after reasonable opportunity to comply with the demand for fare or the request for his ticket, the conductor and other employees of the corporation may eject from the cars of the corporation the passenger so refusing or failing to pay his fare or to exhibit or surrender his ticket: Provided, however, That no unnecessary force shall be used by the conductor or other employees of the corporation, and that the passenger shall be put oil' the cars at some usual stopping place or near some dwelling house and after bringing the train to a complete stop.
