Board of Tax Appeals constituted.

Section 54

SEC. 54. Board of Tax Appeals constituted.—The Municipal Board shall constitute the Board of Tax Appeals. The president of the Municipal Board shall be president of the Board of Tax Appeals, and the secretary of the Municipal Board shall be the secretary to the Board of Tax Appeals and shall keep the record of its proceedings.
