SEC. 55. Oath to be taken by cadi member of Board of Tax Appeals.—Before organizing as such, the members of the Board of Tax Appeals shall take the following oath before a justice of the peace or some other officer authorized to administer an oath in the city of Manila: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will well and truly hear and determine all matters and issues between taxpayers and the City Assessor and Collector submitted for my decision. So help me God. (In case of affirmation the last four words to be stricken out.) "(Signature.) ___________________________ "Subscribed and sworn to (or affirmed) before me this __________________________ day of __________________________, 190 ______ "___________________________ "(Signature of officer administering oath.)" The oath of each member shall be recorded by the secretary to the board in the minutes of its proceedings.
