Section 17

SEC. 17. School books and school supplies shall be invoiced, upon requisition, to the various division superintendents, by the General Superintendent of Education. The division superintendent shall likewise issue, upon requisition, school books and supplies to the schools in his division, taking the teachers' receipts for same, which will be filed as vouchers to the returns of the division superintendents to the Auditor. Furniture and other nonexpendable school property will be issued by the Various division superintendents to the teachers on memorandum receipt, and returns for such property will be made by such division superintendents to the Auditor quarterly, as hereinbefore provided. PROVINCIAL SUPERVISOR MAY ACT IN CERTAIN CASES.
