SEC. 12. Any Person violating any regulation made under the provisions of this Act, or made under the provisions of the sanitary laws of the Philippine Islands, or violating a written order issued under such regulations, shall upon conviction be punished by a fine not exceeding one hundred pesos. The procedure for the prosecution of the violations penalized by this section shall be that provided for by existing laws.
