Section 13

SEC. 13. All parts of Act Numbered Three hundred and eight which are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed: Provided, That nothing in this Act shall be held to limit the existing powers of the Director of Health, and that all the functions and duties under this Act shall be under his supervision.
