Section 11

SEC. 11. Upon proof satisfactory to the Director of Public Works that any certificate of registration or number plate issued under the provisions of this Act has been lost or destroyed he shall issue a duplicate to the owner of such motor vehicle after payment of one peso for each certificate and each number plate issued.
