Section 16

SEC. 16. Persons who have procured the registration of one or more motor vehicles owned by them shall, if they desire themselves to operate such vehicles, make like application as provided in section fifteen, and, under like conditions as those therein prescribed and upon the payment of a like fee, the Director of Public Works shall issue to such owners licenses to operate motor vehicles. l
