SEC. 2. Unless otherwise provided for by law, the band of the Philippine Constabulary shall consist, besides its present conductor, who shall continue to receive the same pay, of the following personnel, with the pay fixed in this section: One assistant conductor, who shall receive one hundred pesos per month; six soloist professors, at sixty pesos per month each; twenty-seven first-class musicians, at forty-five pesos per month each; and forty-six second-class musicians, at forty pesos per month each. The members of the Constabulary band shall obligate themselves to serve for a period of not less than four years, counting from the date of the passage of this Act, during which time no member of said band shall be permitted to belong to any other musical organization of an official or private character.
