Section 4

SEC. 4. The sum of one hundred and eight thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, is hereby declared available to increase the funds appropriated for the Bureau of Constabulary, to make it possible to comply with the provisions of this Act.
