SEC. 2. Section seven, of Act Numbered Seventy-four is hereby amended by striking out the word "and" in the second line and inserting in the same line, after "division superintendents," the words "and the deputy division superintendents," making the section to read as follows: "SEC. 7. The actual expenses of the General Superintendent, the division superintendents, and the deputy division superintendents while traveling or absent from their usual places of residence on official business shall be paid out of the Insular Treasury."
