Section 5

SEC. 5. Section eight of Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and seven is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 8. The Board is hereby authorized to purchase such of mate" furniture, stationery, maps, supplies, office appliances, materials, equipment, apparatus, and standard measuring instruments, as it may deem necessary."
