SECTION 1. A continuing annual appropriation of the following sums is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the Insular aid of the Department of Mindanao and Sulu for a period of five years, beginning July first, nineteen hundred and fifteen: For salaries and wages of the personnel of a hospital ship for positions to be created with the approval of the Governor-General.........................P21,000.00 For contingent expenses for the operation of hospital ship ...............................................29,000.00
