Penalties.

Section 10

SEC. 10. Penalties.—Any person violating any section, clause, paragraph, or any provision of this Act shall be criminally prosecuted before a court of competent jurisdiction and, upon conviction, shall be punished for each violation with a fine of not less than twenty nor more than one thousand pesos, or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court.
