Section 11

SEC. 11. Who are opticians.—For the purposes of this Act, an optician shall be any person who undertakes to examine the organs of vision, graduate the sight or correct errors of refraction, and who furnishes, sells or offers for sale spectacles, eyeglasses or other optical articles.
