Section 31

SEC. 31. Whenever and wherever the word "grantee" is used in this Act, it shall mean and be construed to refer to Vicente Lopez, his representatives, successors, or assigns, and whenever and wherever the word "concession" is used in this Act, it shall mean and be construed to mean franchise.
