Section 2

SEC. 2. The sum of eight thousand dollars, in money of the United States, is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for paying the expenses of collecting objects illustrating the ethnology, natural history, and commerce of the Philippine Islands, for caring for and preserving these objects, and for meeting the necessary expenses involved in maintaining the Museum of Ethnology, Natural History, and Commerce established by this Act.
