Section 3

SEC. 3. The disbursing officer of the funds provided under this Act is hereby authorized to advance to the Chief of the Bureau of Non-Christian Tribes, upon his request, from time to time, such bums out of this appropriation as he may find necessary for the purchases, either personally or through agents by him designated for that purpose, and for the collecting of objects by this Act authorized to be purchased or collected, all such expenditures to be properly accounted for in accordance with law.
