Section 14
SEC. 14. Unless otherwise provided, all income accruing to Bureaus and offices by virtue of provisions of law shall be deposited with the general unappropriated funds of the Insular Government. All funds collected by virtue of the provisions of Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and fifty-nine, as amended by Act Numbered Twenty-four hundred and fourteen; of Act Numbered Twenty-one hundred and fifty-nine, as amended by Act Numbered Twenty-five hundred and eighty-seven; of section eighteen hundred and fifty-seven of the Administrative Code; and of section two thousand and fifty-three of said Code, shall be deposited with the general unappropriated funds of the Insular Government.
