Act No. 3088 Section 1

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section two of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred twenty-nine is hereby amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. In order to carry out the purposes of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall, beginning with the year nineteen hundred twenty-four and for each period of five consecutive years after said date, order a readjustment made of the salaries of the provincial officials on the basis of the rules established in this Act."
