SEC. 3. The sum of thirty-four thousand and five hundred pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purposes of this Act shall be disbursed as follows: For salaries and traveling expenses of the present temporary employees for the months of October, November, and December, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven P 4,500.00 For salaries and traveling expenses of the employees appointed in accordance with this Act for the year nineteen hundred and twenty-eight P 30,000.00 -------------- Total 34,500.00
