Section 40

SEC. 40. Such unshipped merchandise must he sent to the nearest general order store with a ticket or receipt, describing the merchandise, and stating upon it that the merchandise is "for export or transportation, as the case may be but not shipped," which ticket or receipt shall be signed by the storekeeper.
