Section 29
SEC. 29. The Collector of Customs for the Philippine Archipelago is hereby authorized to appoint such number of storekeepers, not to exceed class eight, for public bonded warehouses, and such number of storekeepers, not to exceed class nine, for private bonded warehouses, as may be necessary for the proper conduct of public business at any port of entry in the Philippine Archipelago: Provided, That no amount shall be paid for such services as bonded warehouse storekeepers or proprietors of those bonded warehouses.
