Section 33

SEC. 33. All existing decrees, laws, regulations, or orders, providing for the personnel of the Philippine customs services, or any part thereof, and all decrees, laws, regulations, or orders inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed, such repeal to take effect as of the date when this Act shall go into force and effect.
