Section 35

SEC. 35. This Act shall take effect at the port of Manila at twelve o'clock, midnight, on March fifth, nineteen hundred and two, and at each of the other ports and supports of the Philippine Archipelago at twelve o'clock, midnight, on March twentieth,, nineteen hundred and two. Enacted, March 3, 1902.
