Section 1

SECTION 1. The antiques of the Philippine Islands, such as coins, arms, tools, furniture, decorations, manuscripts, ships and their separate parts, articles of adornment, stones with inscriptions or figures, agricultural implements, sculptures, carvings, and other works or articles of art, industry and commerce shall not be exported from the country without the prior authorization of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources: Provided, That only such objects as are more than one hundred years old shall be considered antiques.
