SEC. 2. Item 5, paragraph (e), subsection A, section 1 of Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and thirteen for the Province of Oriental Negros, Public Works Act for nineteen hundred thirty-one, is hereby repealed and transferred to item 4, paragraph (e), subsection A, section 1, to read as follows: For the Larena Elementary School, Oriental Negros, fourteen thousand pesos (P14,000). Items 3 and 4, paragraph (e), subsection A, section 1, for the Province of Occidental Misamis of Act Thirty-eight hundred and thirteen, known as the Public Works Act for nineteen hundred thirty-one, are hereby repealed and appropriated for the following school projects, to wit: For additional rooms to Oroquieta Elementary School, Occidental Misamis, three thousand pesos (P3,000); and for Oroquieta Home Economics Building, Occidental Misamis, four thousand pesos (P4,000).
