Section 5

SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-two. Approved, November 20, 1931, with the following exceptions: Section 1, paragraph (a): * * * P5,000 for the repair and upkeep of Laoag Normal School, Ilocos Norte, and P5,000 for the repair and upkeep of Cabanatuan Constabulary Barracks, Nueva Ecija.
