Prohibition to take fish.

Section 75

SEC. 75. Prohibition to take fish.—All streams, ponds and waters within national parks, botanical gardens, communal forests and communal pastures are hereby declared fish sanctuaries. It shall be unlawful for any person to take or kill in any of the places aforementioned, or in any manner disturb or drive away therefrom, any fish, fry or fish eggs.
