Section 76
SEC. 76. Use of obnoxious or poisonous substances, or explosives in fishing.—Any person who shall use obnoxious or poisonous substances or explosives in fishing in violation of the provisions of sections eleven and twelve of this Act shall, for each offense, be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred pesos nor more than five thousand, and by imprisonment for not less than six months nor more than five years, in the discretion of the court. All poisons, explosives, boats, tackle, apparel, furniture, or other apparatus used to aid in the violation of these provisions shall be forfeited to the Government.
