SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized to detail any employee of the Civil Sanitarium, Baguio, Benguet, for temporary service at the Civil Hospital in Manila, when in his judgment such detail will be conducive to the public interest, and the attending physician and surgeon is hereby authorized to dismiss employees when their services arc no longer required at the Civil Sanitarium.
