SEC. 3. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of five hundred and thirty-six dollars, in addition to the amount appropriated in Act Numbered Five hundred and ninety-five for "Salaries and wages, Civil Sanitarium, Benguet, nineteen hundred and three," for the payment of the force herein authorized for the remainder of the fiscal year nineteen hundred and three.
