SECTION 1. Paragraph (c), subsection A of section one of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty, is hereby amended so that item seventy, on page eleven, under the caption "Bohol," shall read as follows: "70. For the construction of the Guinacut barrio school, Guindulman .......... P1,000.00"
