SEC. 2. Paragraph (c), subsection A of section one of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty, is hereby amended so that items fifty-nine and sixty-five, on page thirty-two, under the caption "Ilocos Sur," shall read as follows: "59. For the construction of an additional room to the present Gabaldon School Building, Santa Maria .... P1,000.00 "65. For the completion of the Luba Elementary School, Santa Lucia ................ 1,000.00"
