Section 2

SEC. 2. Paragraph two hundred and forty-nine of the Philippine Tariff Act of nineteen hundred and nine, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "249. Pepper, white or black and pod peppers, dried, including weight of immediate containers: "(a) Whole, one hundred kilos, four dollars. "(b) Ground, except paprika, kilo, fifteen cents. "(c) Ground paprika, kilo, eight cents."
