Section 16

SEC. 16. Legal Assistance.—With the approval of the President and upon recommendation of the Minister of Justice and the Presidential Commission on Reorganization, the funds herein appropriated for legal assistance activities, including those in the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Labor and Employment, Ministry of Agrarian Reform, Ministry of Agriculture, the assistance to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines provided in the Judiciary and other agencies, may be realigned so as to ensure a fully integrated legal assistance program.
