Section 18

SEC. 18. Purchase of Motor Transport Equipment.—No appropriations for equipment authorized in this Act shall be used directly or indirectly for the purchase of motor transport equipment unless otherwise specifically authorized by the President upon recommendation of the Director General of the Office of Budget and Management as provided by Letter of Implementation No. 29.
