Section 39

SEC. 39. Incentive or Service Fees.—Incentive or service fees paid by the Government Service Insurance System or by private companies which are intended for employees servicing them shall be deposited with the National Treasury and shall accrue to the General Fund, pursuant to P.D. No. 711. Such fees shall be made available for payment to employees in accordance with rates approved by the Minister concerned, subject to Section 40 of P.D. No. 1177: Provided, That the share of any employee may not, in the aggregate, exceed fifty per centum of his annual salary.
