Abolition and Transfer.

Section 18

SEC. 18. Abolition and Transfer.—The East Visayan School of Arts and Trades, the Guihulñgan Vocational High School and the Bais School of Fisheries are hereby abolished and all their personnel, unexpended appropriations, and all their assets, fixed and movable, are transferred to the Central Visayas Polytechnic College.
