General Provisions.

Section 19

SEC. 19. General Provisions.— (a) The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby directed to take such steps as are necessary for the immediate implementation of this Act. (b) All laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
