Submission of Financial Statement.

Section 54

SEC. 54. Submission of Financial Statement.—All government-owned or controlled corporation shall submit to the Office of Budget and Management and to the Members of the Batasan their respective financial statements, including plans, programs, targets and other reports as may be required from time to time. The annual reports shall be done and submitted as herein provided on or before March 31, of the succeeding year.
