Official ballots.

Section 29

SEC. 29. Official ballots.—The official ballots for the May 14, 1984 election shall be of uniform size and color and shall be provided at public expense. They shall be printed on a special paper with watermarks or other marks that wall readily distinguish the ballot paper from ordinary paper and will prevent its imitation.
