Holding of examinations.

Section 20

SEC. 20. Holding of examinations. — Examination for candidates desiring to practice mechanical engineering in the Philippines shall be given twice a year and on such working days and place as the Board may fix with the approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications. Written or printed notice of such examination shall be mailed to each candidate who has filed his name and address with the Secretary of the Board, at least thirty days prior to the date of the first day of examination.
