Report of ratings.

Section 22

SEC. 22. Report of ratings. — The Board of Mechanical Engineering Examiners shall, within ninety days after the date of the completion of the examinations, report the ratings obtained by each candidate to the Commissioner of Civil Service, who shall submit such ratings to the Secretary of Public Works and Communications for approval.
