Section 1

SECTION 1. The branch of the College of Liberal Arts of the University of the Philippines created by Act Numbered Twenty-nine hundred fifty-six and located in the municipality of Vigan, Ilocos Sur, is transferred to the City of Baguio, Mountain Province. The administration and operation of this college shall be in the hands of the Board of Regents of the University of the Philippines, as established in the Organic Law of said University, and the operating expenses of the same shall be paid out of the funds appropriated for said University.
