Assembly District—Provincial Capital.

Section 52

SEC. 52. Assembly District—Provincial Capital.—Until otherwise provided by law, the City of Bacolod shall continue as part of the Second District of the Province of Occidental Negros and the capital of the province, only for Residential purposes of the Provincial Government shall remain as heretofore.
